How to place an order for a hosting plan

STEP-1: Visit and click on "Hosting Solutions"-> "Shared Hosting" (or simply visit, if you are making orders for Shared Hosting only).

STEP-2: Check your desired Plan/Package from all the available hosting packages and select your chosen Plan by clicking the "Order Now" button. This will take you to the "Order Page".

STEP-3: You will be required to enter a domain name. By default, the first option is selected (i.e. 'Register a new Domain'). Enter your preferred name. Then you can select the appropriate domain extension (like .com, .net, .org, etc) in the combo box by the side of the name text box.
Once done, click the "Check" button to verify if the domain is available or someone else is already using it.

However, searching for names may take some time to produce result. Therefore, your patience is highly required if the system is taking some time to produce search result.

STEP-4: If the name is not available, it will indicate that the "name has already been taken" and you are required to continue to try more similar names until you get an available one. Then, you are required to proceed by clicking the "Continue" button located somewhere down the page.

STEP-5: At this stage, you will be given option to add some hosting addons to your order. As a first time user, you may not need an addon for now. Thus, you proceed by clicking the "Continue" button.

STEP-6: At this stage, you will be required to configure the "Domain Extras". Select the free options available and then proceed by clicking the "Continue" button.
Once done, you will be presented with the summary of your order. In addition, you will be asked if you will still need to make some more orders OR if you are ok with what you have ordered already.
As a first time user, you may not need to continue shopping; rather you are required to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.

STEP-7: This is the final stage. You are required to enter your details. Your details are essential because, it will enable us track your orders to you and we will be able to contact you if anything goes wrong.
You will also be required to enter a USERNAME and a PASSWORD. These will allow you to manage your orders with us. Payment Options are also indicated. Select the payment option that is convenient for you, then you can proceed by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of Service. Thereafter, you are required to click the "Complete Order" button.
If you are paying with Bank Transfer, our bank details are displayed in the invoice that will be sent to you via email or when you complete your order. For other payment options, follow the instructions as given to you by the payment processor.
